Timothy J. Miller was born and raised in the Midwest, but got to the great state of Texas as soon as he could. He graduated from Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth and went on to attend and play football at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. At Trinity, Tim was a member of Chi Delta Tau fraternity and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English with Minors in Communications and Writing. Tim then received his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary’s University – School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
While in law school, Tim was a member of the flagship law review at St. Mary’s School of Law, serving as a Senior Associate Editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. Tim also interned for the Honorable Antonia Arteaga of the 57th District Court of Texas and with the Attorney General’s office in the Child Support Division. During the summer of his third year, Tim was a law clerk with Spencer Law P.C. and was later hired by Spencer Law, P.C. as an Associate after graduating from law school, joining the law firm full time in August. Tim passed the bar and became a fully licensed attorney in November, 2014. Since joining Spencer Law, P.C., Tim has appeared in Court multiple times and has already obtained results in Court for his clients.
Tim is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL).
Tim enjoys spending time on the weekends with his friends and family and tries to watch as much football as his wife, Emily, will let him.
